Terms of Service
Terms of Service
A working document for product, operational, and legal review. It is intentionally public in development so reviewers can validate the complete signup path.
1. Review status
This document is provided for product, operational, and legal review only. It is not approved for production use and does not create final launch terms.
The production service must not rely on this draft until an authorized product owner and legal reviewer approve a dated replacement.
2. Service scope
LiveFrame provides a hosted runtime and operating surface for agent-owned live interfaces. Customers bring and operate their own agent, business logic, data sources, and domain APIs.
The design partner pilot may change while reliability, limits, and product boundaries are validated.
3. Accounts and access
Reviewers should confirm the final rules for account eligibility, credential security, authorized team access, and prompt notification of suspected compromise.
Access may be limited to named design partners while the pilot remains controlled.
4. Acceptable use
Customers must not use the service to violate law, abuse infrastructure, bypass access controls, distribute malware, interfere with other tenants, or submit agent output designed to escape the validated LiveFrame renderer.
Final terms must define investigation, suspension, appeal, and emergency-disable procedures.
5. Customer agents and data
Customers remain responsible for their agent behavior, business actions, tools, and source data. LiveFrame does not become the customer’s business backend by hosting the interface runtime.
Reviewers should align the final allocation of data rights, instructions, deletion duties, and third-party service responsibilities with the approved Privacy Policy.
6. Availability, changes, and limits
The pilot has no approved service-level commitment. Usage limits, maintenance windows, support expectations, and material-change notice periods require owner approval before production.
7. Commercial and legal terms
Fees, taxes, warranties, indemnities, liability limits, termination rights, governing law, and dispute resolution are intentionally unresolved in this development draft.
These sections are production blockers and must be supplied by authorized legal counsel or an approved terms provider.
8. Review contact
Questions about this draft should be directed to the LiveFrame release owner through the approved project communication channel. Do not treat this page as a production legal notice address.
